GERTI Instructor
Jan has more than 25 years experience in nursing. Her experience includes medical-surgical, home health, hospice, and long-term care nursing, and staff development. She has developed and presented in-services for long-term care and hospital-based organizations. Since 2003, Jan has been actively working with staff in the journey to implement culture change in long-term care across Kansas.
